As a seasoned Application Developer with full lifecycle experience, I am well versed in WinForms application development as well as Web (ASP.Net) and un/managed C/C++ applications and tools. I have current web development experience using ASP.Net and C# and including custom Membership and Role Providers, UpdatePanels (AJAX) and JavaScript scripts.

• Refactored my original web site from ASP.Net 1.1 to 2.0 (and more recently have added some 3.5 features (AJAX, LINQ to SQL)) in order to accomodate a new UI/UX (done by a 3rd party) by taking their straight HTML and converting into ASP.Net so as to employ the appropriate server-side controls, etc.
• Tools/Technologies: Visual Studio 2005, C#, ASP.Net 2.0, WebForms, MS SQL Server 2005 Express, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Microsoft Application Data Blocks wrapper for ADO.net, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, JavaScript, some CSS.

Software Developer  - June 2008 to November 2008

• Doing new development and maintenance on an internal application meant to be used to run the company. Application is in large part data-driven, meaning in this case that much of the forms (and the controls thereon) are described in several SQL Server tables.
• Helped get the code very close to release saving the company roughly $22,980.

• Supported developers using Microsoft's development tools in the area of user interface issues. Mainly, any issues or problems related to anything in the System.Windows.Forms namespace of the .Net framework, versions 1.0 - 3.0.

• Performed maintenance and upgrades to an Access application. There were approximately 55 tables in the database.

• Performed maintenance and upgrades to Randy's 'Reporting Center' application, which was a front end for their pool of Crystal Reports reports. The application was written in 100% C#.

• Built the site (using ASP.Net 1.1) from specifications I gathered from the stakeholders and used CSS to layout most of the front-end.

• Performed maintenance and upgrades to DISCover's 100% C# FTP client component / application.
• Wrote additional functionality for and maintained the DISCover application.
• Wrote and maintained the Discover Update Manager (DUM).
• Wrote and maintained the Discover Stream Hub (DSH). Both the DUM and the DSH are crucial components of the DISCover system.
• Led development team sent to Canada to troubleshoot a problem with one of DISCover's 3rd party / partner companys.

• Wrote an interface to QuickBooks utilizing the QuickBooks SDK and Visual Basic 6.
• Wrote module of RecruitTrack to handle E-Mail Merge templates as well as maintenance of other parts of the application.

Software Engineer ( Contract Consultant and FTE )  - October 2001 to August 2003

• Wrote several sample applications in various development environments and languages demonstrating use of Ansyr/Global's PrimerX ActiveX control as well as the newer Jaws PDF Editor SDK.
• Created a software development kit (SDK) for Ansyr/Global's Primer ActiveX control to aid developers in using the control.
• Maintained two sample HTML / JavaScript web pages for inclusion in PrimerX SDK.
• Maintained the "Developer's Guide" (End User) documentation for Ansyr/Global's PrimerX ActiveX control.
• Wrote a PDF viewing application that employed IBM's Digital Rights Management system; Electronic Media Management System (EMMS) to allow end-users to view PDF documents protected with same.
