• Created a software development kit (SDK) for Ansyr/Global's Primer ActiveX control to aid developers in using the control.

• Wrote ActiveX (COM) control to wrap DPJ's "SDK" DLL which will allow their customers using Visual Basic or like development systems easier access to their imaging technology. ( C++, ATL )
• Wrote Visual Basic client applications to test use of ActiveX control.
• Wrote UML based design documentation (Use Cases) during/for ActiveX control's development.

Various Consulting Companies and Assignments - Programmer/Analyst / Consultant

  Assignment: Orrtax Software

• As Programmer/Analyst, performed debugging and maintenance on IntelliTax, an application used by Tax Preparation professionals. The code base (which was purchased by Orrtax from Microsoft) consists of over one million lines of C++, MFC, and OLE/COM code.
• Work in the Forms (tax returns) Printing module included use and understanding of XML messaging, some conversion of code to allow it to function within an OCX, and calls to COM interfaces for communication with other objects.

  Assignment: COMFORCE IT SERVICES

• Wrote two extended stored procedures (XPs) for CooL.com's new web site. One XP uses the WinInet API to POST requests to a specified URL. The second XP employs the IXMLDOM* interfaces to transform XML/XSL retrieved from a specified database, then stores the transformed data back to said database.

 Assignment:  AT&T WIRELESS SERVICES

• As Programmer/Analyst, performed debugging and maintenance on the Wireless Information Navigator. This application is used as a front end for the billing information AT&T Wireless sends out to its corporate customers.
• Enhanced the product to work with international corporate data, including currency conversion and localized currency formatting. Also added functionality to allow the product to work with pager related billing data.
• This was a small to medium sized project written for Windows 9x/NT in C++ using MS Visual C++ and MFC. DAO was used to access the three MS Access database files.

Online Data Services (now Diligenz)
Programmer / Analyst  - August 1998 to June 1999

• Wrote an application to dial-up remote systems, initiate actions, and capture data without any user interaction (Screen Scraper). (Delphi/AsyncPro)
• Wrote 'Data Entry' application to display Fax/TIFF files and change their file names based on information in each TIFF file. Used Lead Tools OCX to display the TIFF documents. (MSVC++ 5.0)
• Wrote application to "unpack" data coming off 9-Track tapes.
• Maintained various Delphi and C++ programs.
• New Hardware: M4 Data 9914 9-Track Tape Drive, Equinox multi-port serial board.

• Primary coder/developer for "Action32" a Windows NT® Client/Server telephony applicaitons generator (C/C++/MFC/Sockets)
